remix youth

discover god & your purpose

Remix Youth is the junior and senior high community of Grace Assembly of God. We are committed to creating a place where students can belong and discover God and their purpose. We meet every Wednesday and we have seasonal events for outreach, community, and discipleship building. All teens in 6th-12th grade are welcome to attend.

Wednesdays: Every Wednesday Remix doors open at 6:30 PM for pre service games-ping pong, pool, foosball, or you can use our wifi for homework.  At 7 PM  Remix Youth begins and you can expect a night of games, meeting new friends, live music, a short message you can relate to, and discipleship in our connect groups.

Events: Every season we plan a few special events, parties, hang outs, and other opportunities for students to grow deeper in their faith and have fun while they are doing it! Events include: Fall Retreat, Summer Camp, Missions Trips, Fine Arts, Spring Youth Conference, Student Leadership Team, and various outreach projects.

Potomac Youth camp 2020

This summer, we will once again head to Potomac Youth Camp June 15-19! Many students call this the best week of the summer as they will have the opportunity to get away for an entire week to build stronger friendships, make new friends, be a part of a team for many games, and experience amazing youth services each night.

The cost of Potomac Youth Camp is $275 for the week. This covers registration, meals while at camp, housing, secondary insurance, and travel cost. The first deposit of $100 and the registration form is due Wednesday, April 1. The final deposit is due Wednesday, May 13. Please fill out the attached youth camp registration form completely and do not leave anything blank.

I know there are a lot of things up in the air right now with events due to the COVID-19. With school cancellations taking place, will students have to make up these days? If they do, will it overlap with this Week 1 of youth camp? If for any reason we are not able to attend Week 1 of youth camp, we will move to Week 2 of youth camp which is June 22-26. If we have to move our youth camp date to Week 2 and the student can no longer attend, they can receive a refund. We look forward to youth camp this summer!

2020 District & National Fine Arts

We are so excited to participate in the 2020 District and National Fine Arts Festival. Fine Arts is an awesome opportunity for students in middle school and high school to discover, develop, and deploy the gifts and talents God has given them. Fine Arts allows students to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through a variety of venues from sculpting to drama, instruments to singing, computer graphics to storytelling, business enterprise, and much more. There is an opportunity for every student to participate.

District Fine Arts: April 24-25, 2019

National Fine Arts: August 3-7, 2019
