- Grocery/Prescription Delivery: Delivering groceries, prescriptions, and other essential items to those who are high risk for COVID-19
- Care Call Team: Making around ten calls to church members bi-weekly. The purpose of the call is to check-in on members and their immediate needs and prayer.
- Sewing Face Masks for Upper Chesapeake: There is a serious potential that healthcare workers will not have the face masks they need to care for respiratory isolation patients. Upper Chesapeake has created a cloth mask prototype that is best suited for our healthcare team. If you can sew or know someone who can sew, please help us keep our team safe by creating cloth face masks for our healthcare providers! The instructions are linked HERE. 2 per clinician – 4000 total is needed. Here is how you can help: (1) Respond by Monday, March 23 on how many you can do. (2) Drop them off by the end of next week (Friday, March 27), and (3) follow the provided guidelines in making these face masks. However, if you can bring them to the church sooner than March 27 then please do so.
